After thoroughly researching available solutions, we determined that existing systems were either too costly or unsuitable for the client's specific requirements. To address this, we leveraged our Smart Asset Solutions software to rapidly develop a tailored solution.
Within just seven days we delivered a basic demo that enabled tracking of bin collections across the site. The project has since evolved significantly, integrating advanced features such as bin weigh points and live waste analytics.

Customer Feedback
Here at CBRE we are driving waste data to better support the customer's understanding of what waste is produced where on site and to align education of staff around waste segregation to the types of waste they produce.
After approaching YESSS Electrical, it was agreed we would utilise the smart asset system already in place on site, this would give us the flexibility to design our own solution and customer facing reporting as well as keeping costs to a minimum.
The system is now embedded and a great support for the department and the customer in its aim to reduce waste and better educate staff.
